These little fruit pancake wraps are delicious at any time! I love them as breakfast, snack, or even dinner!
Fruit Pancake Wrap:
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 packets stevia
Milk (to a very thin consistency)
Make pancakes on stove at low-medium heat. They should be very thin on the pan. You can shake the whole pan to thin them out more if you’d like.
Top them with whatever you desire! For these ones I took some vanilla Greek yogurt and mixed that with a packet of stevia and placed blueberries and strawberries on top. (Those are the 2 middle ones.) For the left one I took vanilla Greek yogurt and mashed up one Oreo in it. That’s a great snack one. The right one is peanut butter with a banana sliced on top.
